The Excelsior Group is developing two purpose-built residential memory care homes in Minnetonka on behalf of English Rose Suites, an innovative provider of highly professional and personalized care for people living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.

 

English Rose is nationally recognized for its unique model of care, offering services with elegant single-family homes located in picturesque neighborhoods. These luxury residences are designed to provide a comforting household environment that seamlessly integrates top-tier medical care with meaningful, authentic relationships - an approach that is essential to holistic wellbeing.

The project reflects the collaborative efforts of The Excelsior Group, English Rose, architects, engineers, construction partners, Premier Bank and the City of Minnetonka to help address the growing need for specialized memory care throughout the Twin Cities.
