Robert (Robby) Gargaro is intellectually curious with an appetite for continual learning.  His passion for real estate is driven by his appreciation for the positive impact that well-managed and well-designed projects can have on communities and by his admiration for innovation and creativity in the field.  He possesses a strong analytical skillset and is experienced in real estate financial modeling.  Robby leverages his skills to maximize the value of TEG’s managed assets and inform new financial investments.  

 

Prior to joining The Excelsior Group, Robby spent time working in both multifamily value-add acquisition and commercial valuation roles.  At The Excelsior Group, Robby supports TEG’s development and asset management personnel with financial modeling, investment capitalization, investor reporting, market analysis, and development site analysis.

 

Robby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.  In his free time, he coaches a youth hockey team in the metro, loves managing his fantasy football teams, and doubles as a full-time cat dad at home.
