Further, in her role on the company's asset management team, Monica leverages her deep understanding of multifamily property operations to offer invaluable advice to our development team ensuring the best use of design and construction investments.

Monica comes to The Excelsior Group after a successful career at Greystar Real Estate. While at Greystar, she held several different analyst and managerial roles, specializing in financial reporting and strategic operational projects.

Monica holds a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University. In her free time, Monica runs a small online vintage houseware business with her partner and loves to explore Minnesota by foot, bike, and even kayak (when the weather permits).
